Knight Building Group approached us in the design stage of these two benchmark townhouse developments. Both homes are at the top end of the scale so an outdoor entertaining area of the upmost quality was a non-negotiable. In coordination with Knight Building Group, we opted for the Eclipse Operable Louvres which are a more versatile option as they can be custom-made to fit a range of size, angles and shapes. The louvre blades were installed across two pergola cavity bays in each house, spanning 4m x 3m. This project required a premium grade shade system to be designed, fabricated and delivered in a three week turnaround before the impending sales. All our louvres come with your choice of powdercoat with flashing and guttering from the Colorbond range.

The Eclipse Louvre Roof System has given both of these Caulfield homes a clean, modern finish with the black powdercoating complimenting the smooth concrete finish of the homes’ exterior. The future homeowners will have full control of light, sun exposure and inclement weather all at the touch of a button, meaning this luxurious outdoor space can be enjoyed across all seasons.
